NO DESTINATION (1997), starring Kelly Slater, Taylor Knox, Pat O'Connell, Ross Williams, and Chris Malloy. Slater, caught halfway through his epic six-world-title run and in the form of his life, carries out a shocking demolition of the Mentawais' best known breaks, but is matched wave for wave by Knox's brute force at Macaronis. Meanwhile, pushed by Kelly's terrifying reverse 270-degree backside whips and switchfoot barrel riding, the others build on their own dazzling repertoires.
